This is such good news. Hopefully within a few years, state statues, common law, and or public policy will be written to keep family’s together. Then everyone will know who they really are…
Im trying to find my two siblings. Any advice? I was born in NY state. Getting them to open the files is beyond my means.
We were removed from our home and separated in 1960-61.I know their birthnames… I think
